Cambridge | Working Pattern: Full-time, in-person (4-day week, Monday to Thursday)
WeBuyVintage is looking for a Social & Content Lead to take ownership of our content and social strategy as we scale one of the UK’s fastest-growing re-commerce brands.
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who truly lives and breathes content and wants real responsibility. We’re a rapidly growing business with a relatively small social and owned-content footprint, which means this is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up and take our content from 0 to 100.
Who We Are
WeBuyVintage is one of the UK’s largest buyers of jewellery, antiques and collectibles. We run more roadshows than any other UK company (over 200 valuation events every month), bringing trusted experts face-to-face with customers across the country.
In just three years, we’ve grown from a pub-table idea into an eight-figure business. Now, we’re focused on building a brand people genuinely recognise and trust, and strong content plays a huge role in that.
The Role
As Social & Content Lead, you’ll own how our brand shows up across social and owned content channels. This is both a strategy and execution role, meaning you’ll define the content direction, create the content yourself, analyse what’s working, and continually refine our approach as we grow.
Social will be the primary focus, but you’ll also contribute to email and blog content, helping shape longer-form storytelling that supports brand, PR and campaigns.
You’ll regularly attend events and roadshows to capture real, on-the-ground content. You’ll be filming, interviewing, and telling customer stories, so you’ll need to be comfortable travelling and driving. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and PR specialist to ensure social, email and blog content are aligned with wider narratives and press activity.
